Sue Keels is the founder of Keels Collab, LLC, a collaborative consulting company dedicated to reviving the heart of hospitality. With over 25 years of experience in luxury hotels, country clubs, and upscale restaurants, Sue has emerged as an industry trailblazer in leadership, deeply committed to mentoring others and teaching the fine art of service excellence. Throughout her career, she has partnered with luxury leaders including Worldhotels, Forbes, Preferred Hotels, Leading Hotels of the World, and Conde’ Nast. 

Sue's willingness to embrace opportunities and choose trust over fear propelled her career, leading to high-level executive roles at prestigious hotels such as The Townsend Hotel and Royal Park Hotel. She was named one the first female General Managers of a Four Diamond AAA Hotel. Under her leadership, the hotel ranked #4 on Conde' Nast's Top 20 Hotels in the Midwest. Sue has been the recipient of multiple global sales engagement and guest experiential awards and named by DBusiness as one of the Most Powerful Business Leaders in Metro Detroit (2020 – 2022).
